The Brighton is our most affordable floor plan. This is a beautiful plan with a full unfinished basement. Many upgrades are available, including finishing the basement or adding a basement apartment (ADU) for an added income to help with the monthly payment. The front yard is landscaped with a sprinkler system. These homes are “to be built.” We have just released Phase 6, and there are several lots to choose from. We also have several different floor plans, from 2 bed/1 bath to 4 bed/3 bath and beyond, with added basement finishes. By using the Builder’s preferred lender you can receive $6,000 from the Builder towards closing costs or price reduction, and 1% from the lender to use towards closing costs or buydowns.
