I loved working with Tanisia. Even though the sellers had tons of other offers on the table that were $30K+ more than ours, she convinced their agent that they should accept our offer. She looked into so many details for us like local codes and regulations to make sure this house would be right for us. She truly went above and beyond, and provided so much information and insight that I needed. Her experience in construction and with investment properties really helped me make an informed purchase decision, and also to make good decisions after the purchase.
Tanisia wasn’t even my agent (she was representing the sellers of the home I wanted to buy) but she was so great that I had to leave a review. Throughout the whole process, she spent time to help me understand exactly what was happening on both sides and gave me great direction on how to be successful. I didn’t end up with the house that I wanted in this deal, but I can honestly say that Tanisia did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.

First in selling my home, you were so patient, kind, and understanding with me. My home of residence for 44 years was emotional for me to sell. You were professional and walked me through each process with patience and understanding! Even when I got emotional, you were validating and comforting. Wow! Not even a full week on the market. I don’t know if this is usual, but it was truly amazing how fast you sold my home. It was priced well and the comments received were positive. Soon afterwards, I was able to put an offer on another home which also had a possible offer but because of your knowledge of pricing, they accepted my offer. This is the home I was able to buy and currently live in thanks to your expertise!
